Installation of Solid & Engineered Flooring
Nail-down or glue-down, the proper method of hardwood floor installation is dictated by the type of subfloor and all our clients can rest assured we will take the right approach to it. FloorWorks use high quality, health-friendly adhesives from Bona, Wacol and Mapei.
Our service comes with subfloor moisture levels testing, damp-proofing (if required) and all our floating installations, come with free consultation on insulation and base levelling.
Our flooring services offer various types of laying methods depending on the product type. We do nail-down, glue-down and floating installation.
Secret nailing (nail-down) is highly recommended with solid wood flooring laid over wooden subfloors as it creates strong bond that can safely secure the contraction of the hardwood between seasons.
