We Lay Solid & Engineered Flooring
Nail-down or glue-down, the proper way to hardwood floor installation is dictated by the type of subfloor and all our clients can rest assured we will take the right approach to it. FloorWorks use high quality, health-friendly adhesives from Bona, Wacol and Mapei.
Our service comes with subfloor damp levels testing, damp-proofing (if required) and all our floating installations, come with free consultation on insulation and base levelling.
Secret nailing (nail-down) is highly recommended with solid wood flooring laid over wooden subfloors as it creates strong bond that can safely secure the contraction of the hardwood between seasons.
