All our blocks are tongue-and-grooved, with double gripped base for stronger bonding and come in prime, natural and rustic grade. Our blocks fitting services comes with tailored to clients’ needs finish.For floors with underfloor heating we recommend Boen’s range of engineered parquet flooring.
Installation of Solid & Engineered Flooring
Nail-down or glue-down, the proper method of hardwood floor laying is dictated by the type of base and all our clients can rest assured we will take the right approach to it. FloorWorks use strong, low VOC adhesives from Bona, Wacol and Mapei.
Our service comes with subfloor damp levels checks, damp-proofing (if required) and all our floating installations, come with free advice on insulation and base levelling.
Our flooring services offer various types of laying methods depending on the product type. We do nail-down, glue-down and floating installation.
Floating is ideal for engineered and laminate floors - it allows the flooring to be laid with layer of underlay, which can tackle sound proofing or damp proofing issues. It also the recommended installation for properties / flats with shared walls and ceilings.

The London Borough of Hounslow is situated in West London. It covers an area of 55.98 km2 (21.6 sq mi) and more than 220,600 inhabitants populated the following wards: Bedfont, Brentford, Chiswick Homefields, Chiswick Riverside, Cranford, Feltham North, Feltham West, Hanworth, Hanworth Park, Heston Central, Heston East, Heston West, Hounslow Central, Hounslow Heath, Hounslow South, Hounslow West, Isleworth, Osterley and Spring Grove, Syon and Turnham Green. The town of Hounslow has existed since the 13th Century and is located at the centre of the Borough. The name means 'Hund's mound'; the personal name Hund is followed by the Old English hlaew meaning mound or barrow. The borough was formed in 1965, under the London Government Act 1963, by combining the area of the former Brentford and Chiswick Urban District, Feltham Urban District and the Heston and Isleworth Urban District of Middlesex. It developed rapidly after 20th century because of its good connections to Heathrow Airport. |
